Kelechi Iheanacho's Brother gives Tips on how to get best out of the Striker
Uchenna Iheanacho, elder brother of Kelechi Iheanacho and a member of the management team handling the affairs of the Nigeria international has given tips to the coaches of the Super Eagles on how to get the best from the Leicester City star during international matches.
Iheanacho, was a key member of the Nigeria senior national football team that crashed out in the second round of the 33rd Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
The former Manchester City forward who has made 42 caps for the Eagles scored his 12th goal for the national team in Nigeria’s 1-0 win over Egypt in their first group game of the ongoing AFCON but his elder brother believes that Kelechi is more clinical during the closing stages of games.
Uchenna Iheanacho made these remarks when he accompanied the Foxes’s forward in a visit to their home town in Ohaji Local Government Area of Imo State after the Eagles’ ouster from the 2021 AFCON.
Uchenna Iheanacho said ”Kelechi has always been very effective towards the end of every game he has played over the years and all the records he has created in his career was achieved towards the end of every game he played”
He urged the Eagles’ technical crew to devise the bet ways of using the player in future national team matches adding that fans were yet to see the best of Kelechi
