Heartland FC still a work in progress - Coach Onuh
The newly appointed Head Coach of the Owerri-based side, Heartland FC, Coach Erasmus Onuh, has stated that his team is on a path of rejuvenation owing to the poor run of results since the start of the season.
Onuh, who is having another stint at the club said that he has taken drastic measures to psyche the players whose morale has been down and which has started yielding fruits.
He said, "It's a good thing that I am back and with two games, no losses yet. I believe that very soon we will be in back in winning ways. The boys are improving and we will get there.
"When I came in, I had to look at the team, physically and tactically, and see the level. I met them at a very low level but now Heartland has become a work in progress. They are improving daily because I have to use practical and audiovisuals to teach and bring them back to another level. We will get out of relegation." He said
On the game with Lobi Stars, he assured fans of accruing the maximum points, having earned a vital point off Akwa United in Uyo.
