It takes only the discerning mind to figure out the numerous benefits accruable from sports and sporting activities. Though neglected over the years by relevant bodies, yet, it still remained a veritable tool towards nations building and advancement.
Apart from keeping the body and mind busy, it's a sector that can curb vices, deviant behaviors and crimes to the barest minimum while empowering it's participants economically( poverty reduction), if given the deserved attention.
The excitement, happiness and entertainment that comes with it, is not only mind blowing but needed for balanced mental health development. Its merit is endless.
With the above postulation and more, every progressives home and abroad should come together, support and promote the lofty idea(s) of our illustrious son, Engr, Akarachi Amadi in sponsoring the 2nd edition of the 20 million naira MBAIKE UNITY tournament, kicking off on the 13th of December 2021.
Most importantly, due to the grassroot nature of this tournament, it is going to unearth the hidden raw football talents scattered all over the 24 INEC wards that make up MBAIKE federal constituency, begging for attention.
These young talents will at the end of day be given an enabling environment, support and right guidance towards dreams and purpose fulfillment.
