Ubomiri ward APC visits Agogbuo, assures of colloboration to win 2023 Elections
Selected Leaders, Executives and members of Ubomiri ward All Progressives Congress APC have reiterated their commitment in ensuring that the party in Mbaitoli Local Government Area comes out victorious in the forthcoming general elections.
They made this known when a high powered delegation of the party from the ward led by the ward Vice chairman,Hon Kenneth Ekeh and Secretary, Hon. Charles Nnumuolu paid a solidarity visit to Hon Chinonye Agogbuo,the Mbaitoli APC Chairman in his office.
Hon Agogbuo appreciated the august visitors for leaving their very busy itinerary to visit him in order to chart a way forward for the betterment and growth of Mbaitoli APC. He described their visit as symbolic, taking into cognizance the strategic position of the ward in the scheme of things in the LGA.
The Mbaitoli APC figurehead appealed to them not to be distracted by the very few who are hellbent on causing commotion and disunity in the party and assured of his administration total commitment in ensuring all party faithfuls are treated justly.
Agogbuo showered lots of encomium on the Executive Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma for his tenacity and doggedness in the pilot of the state. He described the Governor's stay in office as one that has ushered in a breath of fresh air in the state. He enumerated some of the projects completed and ongoing in the state by the Governor Uzodimma 3R Shared Prosperity Government as a sign of his
determination to leave Imo state better than he met it.
He felicitated with the Governor on the forthcoming visit by the President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari on the 12th of July 2022 to Commission the newly constructed state of the art Owerri- Orlu and Owerri-Okigwe roads and the flag off of Owerri -Mbaise-Umuahia and Akokwa- Orlu roads among other notable projects.
In their various remarks, the Ubomiri APC Vice Chairman, Secretary, Organizing secretary, LGA Publicity Secretary and LGA welfare, Hon Kenneth Ekeh, Hon. Charles Nnumuolu, Arc. Umuezurike Mac- Stephen, Ejike Ifeanyi, Hon Joy Ajoku respectively in uniformity with the ward leaders like Hon Stephen Odoemena, Hon Peter Emegbuonye, Hon Chief Modestus Ofondu,Hon Bethram Nnawuihe noted in dismay the way some of their ward executives have been creating unnecessary faction in the ward and cautioned them against making malicious statements that are tantamount to implosion of the party.
Other ward leaders present also expressed confidence in the Agogbuo led Mbaitoli APC and assured of their support. They noted that APC in Ubomiri is deeply grassrooted.
