SAM OTUIBE : THE ONLY ALTERNATIVE FOR AHIAZU MBAISE STATE CONSTITUENCY
Some may not like his independent minded character, but if viewed from the obvious, among the major contenders for Ahiazu Mbaise State Constituency seat, *Hon Sam Otuibe (Molar)* is far ahead of his opponents, if we are looking at *COMPETENCE, RELIABILITY, TRUST AND EVIDENCE OF EMPOWERMENT OF CONSTITUENTS ETC* .
To attract dividends of democracy, the budget for constituency projects may not be enough. It is just like peanuts if you look at the needs of the constituency. Nevertheless, it takes someone who understands the rudiments and workings of the *legislature* to get what his people wants. It depends on the ability to lobby and influence other lawmakers and key players in the *executive.*
It is not about having good intentions: you must go the extra mile to engage, and even lobby *Commissioners* , *Departments* and *Agencies* , to attract viable projects ;
* facilitate jobs
* attract grants for entrepreneurs
* and scholarships for indigent students
* And facilitate other interventions for your constituency.
Therefore, to *Re-elect Hon Sam Otuibe* into the Imo State House of Assembly, will be an added advantage to the Ahiazu Mbaise State Constituency. No disrespect to other contenders. If we are to place *Hon Sam Otuibe* side by side with them, he is the only contender in this race that will hit the ground running immediately, after his inauguration.
With his exposure, experience and maturity in the State Legislature, Sam Otuibe will not find it difficult to blend with the new comers in the legislative business of the State Assembly.
We can not jettison our Best because of primordial and partisan sentiments. Let's think about the development of our constituency first. He should be the collective project of all irrespective of party.
Hon Sam Otuibe (Molar) can not be compared with someone that must seek attention of *Oga's approval* before giving attention to his constituents. He is independent minded. Therefore, for consolidation, Hon Sam Otuibe is the best. Vote APC : Ebe Esere Aziza.
