PATRICK NDUBUEZE, THE SENATE AND 2023
It was the experience of the writer on a certain auspicious religious event where one of the Speakers was addressing the congregation on Capacity development. as Emerson said, "man does not live by bread alone but often by catch words", at the crest of his rendition, the preacher awed the congregation when he said " to be the onye ishie, you must have something in your ishie. to be the the Head you must have something in your Head. To be the onye isie without something in your Head is to be an Onyeoshie". he goes on to say that " an empty Head cannot be ahead".
Captivating as that sounds, it however depicted the exact example of what exemplary leadership entails. one of versatility, facility, dexterity and adroit capacity. One who is equiped to handle critical challenges and emerge with viable solutions. a leader must know more than his followers, being the cynosure or lens through which his tributaries and subordinates perceive the world. a leader isn't just a curator of enthusiasm and positive energy. He is the energy. He is the mood as he serves as the trajectory for the accomplishment of every given task. This is why we need to consider electing representatives who are flexible in thought, suave in demeanor, pragmatic in representation and generous in character.
Hon. Patrick. C. Ndubueze has once more emerged as a frontline contender for the Red chamber in Okigwe Zone. in my previous articles, I have iteratively emphasized that Hon. Ndubueze is the leader of the future. One who is tune with the current imbroglio and has aforetime fashioned out workable blueprints on how to lift the entirety of Okigwe out of the cauldrons of ineffective leadership. he is not just an extint brand remodelled to suit the taste of present electorates, he is rather a revered intellectual and political institution driven by the ineradicable principles whose object of conquest is in providing exceptional representation to the people of Okigwe.
With the litany of overwhelming problems ravaging the zone, Okigwe needs a leader who is discreet, meticulous, thoughtful and creative. a Person who pays careful attention to details as much as he is capable of providing hands on remedies. it was a Sage who said " for a thousand who can speak, there is only one who can think, for a thousand men who can think, there is only one who can see" well the good news for Ndi Okigwe is that Hon. Ndubueze not only speaks, but thinks and sees ahead. he picks every detail, has great listening abilities and is always willing to provide solutions to these problems. as the great thinker De maupassani describes a good Speaker " His eye is like a suction pump, absorbing everything: always at work, Nothing escapes him. he is constantly collecting material. it is not a question of deliberate disquisition that such rare qualities embeded in one individual is what we need for an effective representation at the Senate in 2023.
Ahead of the Campaign which kicks off in less than a fortnight, I see the People of Okigwe Brimming of purposeful and insightful leadership. the Youths yearning for capacity building, the traders craving for improved commercialisation, the academics longing for well established institutions to cater for the intellectual needs of our children. this list can go on but the least we could do for our dear beloved Okigwe is to come on board to Support Hon. Ndubueze for the Red chamber in 2023. He is, as I've mentioned intellectually ahead of our problems and is only but seeking an opportunity to swing into full representative action. Lets always remember that a New Okigwe is possible with Patrick C. Ndubueze.
