Ahead of the 2023 general elections, the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, has successfully screened Barr. Madukaji Obulimba as the party's candidate for the Imo State House of Assembly seat For Owerri North.Barr. Obulimba emerged the sole candidate of the party before the APGA screening committee for House of Assembly aspirants in Imo State, led by its National Publicity Secretary, Barr. Tex Ikechukwu.
The erudite legal practitioner is seeking to represent Owerri North Constituency in the Imo State House of Assembly.
The exercise had a massive turnout of aspirants from various constituencies, which they discribed as transparent and the best in the history of the party in the state.
