My good people of Oguta, With every sense of Humility, I bring to you all greetings. I am your daughter, sister and your Friend, Barr. Vivian Ottih. Concerned about quality representation for the teeming people of Oguta and Imo State, I have offered myself under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to provide a voice for our people at the Imo state House of Assembly.
As you all know, I have in my different capacities first as a Journalist, a lawyer, as Imo State Chairperson of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), and many more. I have consistently stood for the voiceless and demanded good governance, even at great discomfort and risk. Without any iota of doubt, you will agree with me that I am eminently qualified and experienced to represent Ndi Oguta at the State House of Assembly come 2023.
Today, I have called you out of your comfort zone to appeal for your votes, support and your every assistance to enable me secure the party ticket come May 18th. I am aware that most of us are not Delegates but you have brothers, sisters, and friends who are delegates and I am here to earnestly appeal that you convince them to give me their votes and make me the PDP Oguta state constituency flag bearer.
I admit that I depend on your votes and support, including mental, spiritual, emotional, psychological, and otherwise. It means so much to me. From the depth of my heart, I thank you for your unending and unquantifiable support since this journey began, am optimistic that the good Lord will help us and crown our efforts with success on every side.
