Ngor- Okpala will be an industrial hub for Agriculture- Uzodimma
The Imo state Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma, has said that plans are under way by his Government to make Ngor-Okpala Local Government Area an industrial hub for Agriculture in the state, thereby, making the area develop beyond measures. He described agriculture as the new economy all over the world, noting that he has no plans to use the LGA lands for RUGA as being falsely spread by the opposition.
Uzodimma made this known during the All Progressives Congress APC, grand rally at Ntu, Ngor- Okpala, for the party's candidate, Okenze Bilyden Amajirionwu at the forthcoming Bye election in the area. He noted that since 1999 that Ngor-Okpala despite being the biggest Local Government Area in the state, successive governments have failed to attract developments in the area, thereby, enslaving the Indigenes of the area.
He used the opportunity to call on the people of the area to vote APC candidate, Okenze Bilyden Amajirionwu as the member representing them in the state House of Assembly in order to attract more dividends of Democracy.
