Mbaitolu APC sets up Disciplinary Committee to look into Executive Members Misconduct

The All Progressives Congress APC, Mbaitolu Local Government Area branch, has set up a disciplinary committee to look into the petition signed by 7 members of the Party's LGA Executive Council against their Chairman, Hon. Chinonye Agogbuo.

This was contained in a Press release made available to Imoflash, after the Mbaitolu APC Executive meeting held on the 26th of January 2022 at the Chairman's Office. The statement also noted that the 7 avaricious, covetous and grandiose executive members are attempting to undermine the peaceful activities of the party in Mbaitolu LGA, upon the allegation of misconduct of Mr Mbadiwe Nwankwogu as the DG of one aspirant.

The 5 man Disciplinary Committee is headed by APC Mbaitolu LGA Legal Adviser, Barr Ekeledirichukwu Asikaogu Oruwari and the other 4 members includes; Mr Canice Amamihe - Secretary, Comdr Chibuzor Joshua- Member, Mr Ejike Ifeanyi -Member, and Mrs Victoria Osuchukwu -Member.

The Committee's reference points are;

1. To look into the breach of the party's constitution and manifesto by the 7 Executive Members.

2. How the actions of the 7 members are likely to cause disaffection among members, disrupting the peaceful, lawful and efficient conduct of the business of the party.

The committee shall report within the next three weeks from the date of setting up the committee.

Lady Amaka Chukwu

Dr Charles Uzopuo

Mr Tony Iwuozo and

Mrs Esther Emezige
