Mbaitoli Women pass vote of Confidence on Gov. Uzodimma, Agogbuo
Mbaitoli APC Women in their numbers again paid courtesy visit to the LGA Party Chairman today to pledge there loyalty and 100% support to the Governor and the party.
The Women ably led by the Party’s Woman Leader, Mrs Isabella Asinobi reiterated that Mbaitoli people are happy with the emergence of Hon Chinonye Agogbuo as Party Chairman having seen what he has been doing to move the party forward in Mbaitoli.
They hailed Governor Hope Uzodimma for his achievements so far in office and as well for giving women more opportunity in his government.
In his response the Party Chairman assured them that the Governor is gender friendly and clearly doesn’t discriminate but believes in what you can offer the state which has reflected clearly in his appointments so far.
He asked for more women involvement in the upcoming LGA elections, assuring that more women will be given the opportunity to represent as councilors in their wards unlike before when they were relegated.
In a vote of thanks the Women asked that the peace they are enjoying in Mbaitoli APC remains permanent. They also assured that they’ll continue to mobilize more women to join politics at the grassroots.
