Mbaitoli Town Hall meeting: Governor Uzodimma expresses delight at Unity of APC in the LGA
The Executive Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma has expressed contentment and exhilaration at the unity, togetherness and readiness of the leaders, stakeholders and members of the All Progressives Congress in Mbaitoli Local Government Area in ensuring the party records landslide victory in the forthcoming elections.
The Governor made this known when he held a Town Hall meeting with Mbaitoli Critical stakeholders at council headquarter, Nwaoruebi. Governor Uzodimma who was visibly excited at the turnout of people for the meeting noted that since his assumption of office,he has always govern with the fear of God.
He highlighted some of his achievements in Mbaitoli/Ikeduru and noted that MBAIKE is a major bloc in the state that determines to a large extent the dynamics of electoral results in the state.
Senator Uzodimma also presented the party's flags to the APC Mbaitoli state Constituency candidate,Engr Innocent Ikpamezie, the APC MBAIKE House of Representatives candidate,Engr Akarachi Amadi and APC Imo East senatorial candidate, Prince Alex Mbata
He called on the the jam packed crowd to get their PVCs and vote all the APC candidates as that will guarantee a winning team that will enable him deliver more dividends of Democracy to Imolites.
Speaking on the sideline of the visit,the APC Chairman in Mbaitoli, Hon Chinonye Agogbuo commended the Governor for his visit,he noted that the party in the LGA has been rejigged by the tour,he called on all the party faithfuls in the LGA to mobilize grassroots for the party.
Agogbuo thanked the Governor for his goodwill to Mbaitoli as can be examplified by the numerous appointments he has given to distinguished sons and daughters of the LGA.
He reassured the Governor that the LGA will reciprocate his goodwill by giving APC bloc votes.
