Mbaitoli APC will continue to be indivisible under my leadership - Agogbuo
The chairman of All Progressives Congress APC in Mbaitoli Local Government Area LGA, Hon Chinonye Agogbuo has assured that he will continue to foster Peace, unity and oneness among the party leaders, executives and structures in the LGA,noting that APC in Mbaitoli will be more formidable, indivisible and eager to deliver wholly in the forthcoming 2023 General Elections.
Speaking when the executive members and leaders of Amaike ward paid him a solidarity visit in his office, Agogbuo opined that he is primarily focused on the herculean task of championing the party to victory, he observed that post party primaries, there has been a lot of distractions, malicious talks and backbiting from few Party members that are hellbent in causing disunity in the party.
He categorically stated that he will not favour the few self centered individuals at the detriment of the majority and that of the Executive Governor of Imo State and leader of the party in the state, Senator Hope Uzodimma.
He said that the party is big enough and will accommodate everyone's interest gradually. He advised those intending to join mushroom opposition parties to think twice because APC is grassrooted and a great force to reckon with and the party will crush all the oppositions in the forthcoming elections.
He applauded the governor for embarking and completing so many laudable projects in the state despite the dwindling resources and distractions from the oppositions.
He thanked the people of Amaike ward for finding time to visit him to chat a way forward for the party and promised to ensure that everyone is carried along in the scheme of things.
In his remarks, the Chairman of Amaike ward, Hon. Nik Anusiem said that they were on the solidarity visit to thank the Governor for his role in the just concluded APC presidential primary, he said that Governor Uzodimma has made APC the party to reckon with in the South East, he eulogized him for all his good heart towards the people of Mbaitoli, he pledged the party ward executives unalloyed support and loyalty to the governor and the party at the LGA ably led by Hon Agogbuo.
He appreciated Agogbuo for bringing relative peace to the party in the LGA judging by the terrain of Mbaitoli politics.
The Amaike ward executives and leaders present passed a vote of confidence on Agogbuo.
