Mbaitoli APC ready to give unflinching support to winners of Party primaries - Agogbuo
The indefatigable, resolute and purposeful Chairman of All Progressives Congress APC, Mbaitoli Local Government Area, Hon Chinonye Agogbuo has reiterated the party's readiness to give unflinching, unalloyed and total support to everyone that emerges as the party's standard bearers for the different positions in the forthcoming primaries slated to hold this month. He stated this when a Senatorial aspirant for Owerri Zone and the wife of the governor of Ondo state, Chief Mrs Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu (Ada Owerri) paid a consultative visit to the Mbaitoli APC LGA and Ward executives, President Generals, Women and youth groups at the Local Government Area Center.
The egalitarian noted that of utmost importance to the party not just in the LGA but the state and indeed the country is to record landslide victories in the forthcoming General Elections in 2023. He said that APC as the only grassroot oriented party in the state is positioned to send the oppositions to extinction in 2023, saying that the opposition knowing fully well they have lost the confidence of the general public have taken to causing all forms of distractions in the state by trying unsuccessfully to paint the 3R government of Senator Hope Uzodimma bad, but noted that Imolites are wiser now and are appreciative of the many gains recorded by Governor Uzodimma.
He once again applauded Governor Uzodimma for the unprecedented democratic dividends been provided for the people of Imo State, He said that the governor has so much interest in Mbaitoli and has shown it by appointing Mbaitoli sons and daughters in various positions of trust amongst Infrastructural revival in the LGA.
Agogbuo appreciated Chief Mrs Betty Akeredolu for visiting the LGA, he said that Mbaitoli being the largest LGA in the Southern part of Nigeria by voting strength will play a very major role in 2023, he encouraged her to reach out to other critical stakeholders as only one person cannot win an election.
Speaking, Chief Mrs Betty Akeredolu went down memory lane on her political ascendance, saying that she has all the necessary credentials to make a good case for Ndi Owerri zone in the Senate, she promised if elected to make quarterly Zonal town hall meetings a priority, she enumerated other projects and programs in stock for the good people of Owerri zone if elected.
