IYIM Meets with Imo APC Youth Leader, Pledges Support for Developmental Youth Policies
The Leadership of the Imo Youth Innovative Media, A pan Nigerian media group based in Imo State, Nigeria, Yesterday Made a courtesy call to the Imo State APC Youth Leader, Comrade Udoka Iwueke at his Office at the State Party Secretariat.
While addressing the delegation led by The Convener, David Nwokorie and the State Director of Publicity, Offor Davidson, The State Youth Leader thanked the forum for their immeasurable contributions towards the advancement of Imo youths both at home and in Diapsora. He also appreciated the efforts made towards engendering remarkable initiatives such as the Just Concluded Online Campaign on Drug Abuse, Crime and Cultism.
He further urged Imo Youths to Support the 3R Government of His Excellency, Dist. Senator Hope Uzodimma and His Youth Oriented Policies anchored on transforming the lives of Young People in the State. He went ahead to state that in Education, Skills Acquisition, Entrepreneurial Development, Sports, Entertainment, Social Development, Empowerment and all other sectors which youths have vested interests in, The Government is fervently committed to delivering the fruitful dividends of its mandate to the Youths.
In his remarks, The Convener of IYIM, Comr. Nwokorie David, stated that the group is willing to partner with the Office of the APC Youth Leader in achieving all the well meaning ideals which Governor Uzodimma has put In place to ensure that Youths are being given the needed tools and resources to achieve their potentials.
The Director of Publicity, Offor Davidson affirmed His unwavering Support for the 3R Government by assuring the APC Youth Leader that The Group will work in concert to amplify the Activities of the 3R Government as it affects the Youths both at Home and in Diaspora.
