INEC Continuous Voter's Registration: Engr Ronnis Emma Eronini urges Imolites to Enroll.
A renowned philanthropist, social crusader and seasoned administrator, Engr Ronnis Emma Eronini has enjoined Imo People, especially, The People Of Owerri Zone to avail themselves of the ongoing continuous Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, Voters registration across the nation to get their Voters Card ahead of the 2023 general elections.
The Awo-Mbieri born Engineer made the call while stating that those who are in the business of elections rigging, imposition of candidates, vote buying and other forms of election malpractices can be checkmated only if when the people takes this glorious opportunity made available by INEC seriously.
He described the new election/electronic transmission of results as the best thing that have ever happened in the Nigerian political system in recent times.
"Our people should come out and register so as to play active and legitimate roles in a bid to enthroning the candidate of our collective bargaining/choices.
"I therefore, admonish you all today to consider to participate actively in the forth coming election by seeking for elective positions, The time of standing aloof in Imo state and Nigeria's Politics should be put off in our hearts as that is another means to be part of the process, He said.
