The Special Adviser to the Imo state Governor on Skills Acquisition, Hon. Chidi Onyebuchi has lauded the remarkable accomplishments of Governor Hope Uzodinma in the area of entrepreneurial development and Innovation.
He made this known recently in an Exclusive interview with multimedia journalist, Nwokorie David. according to him, over the past 3 years of Governor Uzodinma's administration, over 3000 teeming entrepreneurs from different fields of the business sector have been empowered and granted seed funds to start up their enterprise.
He stated that the indibutable efforts put in place to Foster private sector input by galvanising several viable enterpreneurial programs has ensured a vibrant economy which has subsequently led to an increase in the acquisition of lucrative skills amongst young people in the state.
Hon. Chidi while using the current ongoing agreement between technology giants, zenox and the state government aimed at providing a 1000 capacity tech academy for Imo Youths stated that this was one amongst a roster of public private sector initiatives undertaken by the Current administration to Foster economic growth and Human Capital development.
He affirmed that all this and many more was a testament to the collosal impact on economic development the ideas of Governor Uzodinma through the Office of the Governor on skills Acquisition has been able to achieve.
