The Deputy Speaker of Imo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Amara Chyna Iwuanyanwu has donated transformer to power Amuzi / Umu Eze Alafo Communities Of Dim Na Nume-Isu In Nwangele Local Government Area Of Imo State.
The donation of the Transformer by the Deputy Speaker is in continuation of the execution of numerous people oriented projects in his State Constituency. In addition, the ever vibrant seasoned lawmaker also donated the Sum of N2. 7 Million Naira cash to the Communities, to enable them speed up the connection of the transformer to the National Grid.
Hon Amarachi, at the event to hand over the Transformer, said that, that the gesture is in fulfillment of his campaign promises to make life easier for the people of NWANGELE.
Dignitaries at the event included; The President General Of Amuzi Progressive Union APU, Chief Obinna Otuonye and President General of Dim-na-Nume Autonomous Community, Chief Sir C. C Amaefule. A mammoth crowd was present also to welcome the Deputy Speaker and his entourage.
