Imo attaining unrivaled Prominence under Uzodimma- Agogbuo
The Chairman of All Progressives Congress APC, Mbaitoli Local Government Area, Hon Chinonye Agogbuo, has described the 3R Shared Prosperity Administration of Senator Hope Uzodimma, as one that is very dogged, steadfast and resolute in taking Imo State to heights unequalled and unrivalled. He made this known when he met with a cross Section of Mbaitoli APC faithfuls and LGA Executives at the home of a party faithful in the area, Hon. Chinasa Opara on Friday.
Agogbuo likened the administration of Senator Uzodimma in the state to an aeroplane being steered by an adept, adroit and experienced pilot, noting that although, there were turbulence when the Governor took over,he has been able to manoeuvre smoothly and all Imolites are on board with peace of mind, without fear and relaxed with their belts tightened as the plane heads towards it's destination.
Agogbuo while calling for unflinching support by the Mbaitoli APC family to the Governor, described him as a God sent to Ndi-Imo. He noted that Imo State has turned to a construction site with projects ongoing at various parts of the state simultaneously. He called on the good people of Mbaitoli to continue to embark on the grassroot sensitization of electorates to get their PVCs using the window provided by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC continuous voters registration. He opined that the Governor loves Mbaitoli as can be seen in his appointments of worthy sons and daughters of the LGA to prominent positions in his government.
He advised Ngor-Okpala people to vote in APC and her candidate, Okenze Bilyden Amajirionwu in the forthcoming legislative bye election on Saturday, this he said will enable Ngor-Okpala people to benefit fully from the Uzodimma led administration, as the LGA has suffered lots of neglects in the last administration of Peoples Democratic party PDP in the state.
He said "Our governor is a God sent to this state and we have no reason not to appreciate him and support him in Mbaitoli. His achievements are unimaginable within a given space of time.
"Imolites are indeed joyous that the presence of government is felt in every parts of the state with projects of this administration scattered all over the state.
"The Ngor-Okpala bye election is a most win for our party and we are prepared for that. We will all celebrate tomorrow for the victory of our party will be 100% guaranteed.
"Our Governor is not looking for self aggrandizement or cheap popularity, but rather has come to help Ndi -Imo to recover its lost glories, and that we have seen within 2years already. Under Uzodimma, Imo will attain unrivaled Prominence" He said.
The host of the meeting, Hon. Chinasa Opara used the opportunity to declare his intention to run for the position of Mbaitoli House of Assembly under APC .
Reacting to the declaration, Hon Chinonye Agogbuo told Chinasa Opara that Mbaitoli will choose the best candidate to represent them when the time comes and any body that gets the ticket will be supported by the party.
