Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma has said that the main reason he met with President Muhammadu Buhari is to brief the President about the raising insecurity situation in Imo state.
Senator Uzodinma stated this while briefing State House Correspondents after his meeting with the President on Tuesday in Aso Rock.
The Governor went further to say that Mr. President addressed all the issues he presented to him to his satisfaction.
"In my commitment and determination for a secured and peaceful Imo State, today I paid a working visit to President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR with report on our prevailing circumstances, while seeking further assistance to boost our security ahead of the yuletide season".
"Mr President graciously heeded to my supplications and assured of a satisfying attention deserving of my requests. My administration would continually align the State for interventions that complement our policies for the development we desire". Uzodimma Said
