In a heart full of love and gratitude, the APC Senatorial candidate in Okigwe Zone, Hon.Engr. Patrick Ndubueze on Saturday made a thank you visitation to the APC Stakeholders in Okigwe.
Welcomed amidst cheers, songs and encomiums, Hon. Ndubueze had the pleasure of exchanging handshakes with the people as sign of his gratitude for the kind gesture.
He began his remarks by immensely thanking the stakeholders for the confidence reposed in him at the just concluded primaries and for finding him worthy to be entrusted with the mandate to remodel Okigwe. he however charged the people to endeavor towards putting a final seal on what he described as a Divine project by turning up massively ahead of the forthcoming polls.
He further stated that it was pathetic and regrettable the present state of Okigwe in the last two decadesb in certain critical sectors adding that such was an opportunity for him to deploy his wealth of immense legislative and administrative competence cum experience to give the zone a facelift. he asserted that his stint at the Red chamber will focus on remodelling and revitalising Okigwe zone.
Additionally, he listed an array of initiatives he intended to actualise if given an opportunity to serve at the Hallowed chambers. One of this was the protracted issue of electricity. Which he said had become a cause celebre. Hon Ndubueze stated that under his tenure, the dysfunctional state of Okigwe Electricity will be history. he posited that the electrical grids will be revamped and made to function at full capacity as he will attract massive development to the zone.
He concluded by imploring on everyone present to engage in massive networking by continuing to proselytize and preach the gospel of efficient legislation, equity and justice to the great people of Okigwe.
