The Interim Management Committee Chairman of Mbaitolu Local Government Area, Hon. John Eke has donated a 300kv Transformer to Obinnoha autonomous community in Umunoha/Azara Ward.
Receiving the transformer on behalf of the community, the apex All Progressive Congress APC, leader in the ward, Chief Hon. Ugochukwu Nnawuihe thanked Hon. Eke for his magnanimity towards the people of Umunoha/Azara Ward.
He called on the people of Umunoha/Azara Ward to continue to support the administration of the Executive Governor of the state, Senator Hope Uzodimma, under the Shared Prosperity Government of the APC, noting that the people of the community have not had this good in terms of benefiting from the government.
Dignitaries at the function included Barr. Ekeledirichukwu Asikago, APC Mbaitolu legal adviser, Barr Oruwari, Umunoha/Azara Ward APC Chairman, Mr Ndudi Nwokocha, IMC member representing the ward, Mr Jonathan Ibeahu and other party faithfuls.
Speaking to Imoflash correspondents, Indigenes of the community commended the IMC chairman for the gift of the transformer, they said that the new transformer will reduce tye burden on the already overstretched ones in the area.
