A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chief Sir Henry Njoku (Harritex) have extolled the Imo State governor Senator Hope Uzodimma on the efforts and commitment of the shared prosperity administration in massive road construction in Imo State.
Chief Njoku made this statement last week while speaking at the flag off of the Owerri/Mbaise/Obowo/Umuahia and the Orlu/Akokwa/Uga roads describing the massive road construction of Governor Uzodimma as a propellant to the economic growth and development of Imo State.
The freight forwarding guru asserted that Imo State is on the path of economic prosperity necessitated by the giant stride efforts of Governor Uzodimma's massive road construction across the state which has never been witnessed since the return of democracy in 1999. IKEOHA as fondly called described road construction as the infrastructure upon which other infrastructures depends adding that the roads are indisputably the most important roads in Imo State just like the already completed Owerri/Okigwe road which have intensified the living standard of the people of the area.
The Ulakwo, Owerri North born business mogul asserted that the governor's dedication in infrastructural development of Imo State in no doubt meets the yearnings of the good people of Imo State haven made life better for residents and investors adding that the socio-economic importance of the road when completed cannot be overemphasized as he expressed gratitude to Governor Uzodimma for addressing the recurring accidents and unprecedented traffic jams precipitated by the roads.
Harritex thanked the governor for what he has done for Imo people at large and Owerri zone in particular while urging the governor to continue to do more of what he knows how to do best expressing confidence that the good people of Imo State will always show their unflinching support and solidarity to the shared prosperity administration as a show of gratitude noting that governor Uzodimma deserves the encourage of Imo people at large recalling the impassable state of the roads of Owerri and it's neighbouring cities at the assumption of office of the shared prosperity government.
Chief Njoku enjoined Imo citizens to cooperate with the contractor to ensure the swift completion of the project which is in the interest of public good.
