Group links recent insecurity challenges in Imo to PDP
A group known as Global Association of Concerned Imo Youths GACIY, has linked the recent insecurity challenges to the main opposition party in the state, PDP and especially a former Governor of the state, Chief Emeka Ihedioha. In a statement titled 'INSECURITY: WHAT IS EMEKA UP TO THIS TIME?' by the convener, Collins Ughalaa KSC, GACIY noted how in the past, Ihedioha public statements have led to bloodsheds and killings in the statement.

INSECURITY: WHAT IS EMEKA UP TO THIS TIME?
Emeka's hirelings at Imo PDP Secretariat have for the past 48hrs hurled sewage at Governor Hope Uzodimma, insinuating that he is responsible for security breaches in Imo. In fact, a circulating video message from the "boys" vehemently justifies the enterprise of violent criminals, hoodlums, bandits, and murderers all in a bid to spite Governor Uzodimma.
For observers, this foolish talk is not new, but GACIY has established rather worryingly that Emeka and his clan of IDPs often precede organized insurrection with this type of white noise.
For proof, you may recall that similar hate mails from the cyber terrorists made the rounds a few days before the gruesome murder of two monarchs in Njaba, the conflict in Izombe, the arson in Awomamma, etcetera.
We still remember PDP's chilling warning to our brothers and sisters in the diaspora to steer clear of Imo this yuletide or risk slaughter. Again, this was followed by further breaches of the peace, including dare devil kidnaps.
These developments are not products of coincidence. Emeka's PDP, men of the underworld and their allies are responsible for the witch's cry at night and the death of the baby by day, respectively.
Our only wonder is that they continue to operate unchecked by the forces of state. It would seem as if no one has bothered to raid their cell of a Secretariat, no squad has set out to burst their hideouts, no one has made efforts to bridge their sedition.
But we rest assured that the security architecture under the watch of Governor Hope Uzodimma will break the necessary eggs to make Imo State a peace Omelette.
As for Emeka, his co-travellers, town criers, and paid mourners: you can rationalize your path of error all you want, but remember Proverbs 14:12 "There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death." And when the chips are down, Emeka will have to vomit the N19.3bn missing local government funds under his seven and half months illegal reign. At that time, we shall tell the story of the humongous 27 stadia and 27 LGA secretariat scam.
God bless our homeland, Imo. May Governor Hope Uzodimma continue to triumph and clip the wings of criminals and their sponsors in Imo, for the peace of the State. May the counsel of the enemies of Imo become like that of Ahithophel. Amen.
