Fresh in our hearts and as history holds— ENDSARS PROTEST 20-10-2020, We will never forget
Today, we remember when tribe, religion, ethnicity and political association could not divide us.
Today we remember, when we (Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Fulani, Efik, Ijaw, tivi, kalabari, idoma etc) ate in one pot, drank in the same cup, sleep on the same mat, trekked on the roads, sang together, danced together, cried together and soaked in the blood of our fellow Nigeria Youths
Today we remember our strength as Nigeria youths
Today we remember our bond of unity
Today we remember the spirit of the Nigerian Youths
Today we remember our struggle for a better country
Today we remember our tears and agony in the hands of those we entrusted our lives to protect
Today we remember our voice echoing for help
Today we remember our non tired trekking
Today we remember our sleepless nights
Today we remember our sacrifices for a new Nigeria
Today we remember the bloods of our fellow youths spilled on the road
Today we remember how they tried to cease our voices
Today we remember how the military and the police wasted the lives of innocent Youths
Today we remember massacre at lekki gate
Today we remember the intimidation and threats to our lives for exercising our rights and freedom of expression.
Today we remember the Government still haven't brought to book those that massacred our Youths at Lekki Gate.
Today we can note that the Government has not arrested the situation.
Today we can note how the military is taking over from SARS to brutalize and kill our Youths especially in South East.
Today we can note that police, military men and road safety are still extorting from the public on highways.
While we remember 20-10-2020 EndSARS Protest, our struggle, spirit and commitment for a better Nation remain strong.
We shall not surrender until we conquer the evil ravaging our system.
They may kill the souls of Nigerian Youths, but the spirit of Nigerian Youths shall never die.
On this day, I on behalf of South East Youths for Equity Alliance Felicitate with all Nigerian Youths all over the world while condoling the Families of our heroes past (our brothers and sisters that loss their lives during the protest)
Nigeria must be great.
