Coalition Of Owerri Zone Youths pledges support to Engr. Eronini
A group of Youths under the aegis of Coalition Of Owerri Zone Youths is set to throw their weight of Support towards the aspiration of Engr. Ronnis Emma Eronini come 2023.
In a statement made available to journalists after their meeting at Engr. Ronnis Emma Eronini's country home, Awo-Mbieri, the group said the general acceptance of Engr. Ronnis Emma Eronini by the well meaning majority of Owerri Zone citizens would ensure his victory in the 2023 if he goes ahead with his Ambition.
The group in a statement urged Engr. Ronnis Emma Eronini to immediately commence consultations with all relevant individuals and groups across Owerri Zone to ensure that the dream of electing a credible representative for the people of the Zone is realized.
They noted that his consistency and landmark achievements in Owerri Zone, Imo and Nigeria especially in the areas of youth and women empowerment, as well as his contributions to community development projects have endeared him to the hearts of all and across political party divides too.
They also noted the various youth empowerment programs Engr Ronnis Emma Eronini have sponsored which in turn have enabled most beneficiaries to become self reliant and bread winners in their respective families, and emphasized that individuals like him whose major concern is adding values to the lives of the people around and within the globe should be given the responsibility to represent the people of Owerri Zone and not otherwise.
The group identified the humongous financial support and loyalty of ENGR RONNIS EMMA ERONINI at all levels as some of the factors that stand him out as a potential candidate and called on those concerned to do the needful at the appropriate time.
"We have watched with utmost admiration and concern, the activities of ENGR. RONNIS EMMA ERONINI overtime and have come to the conclusion that the time has come for him to mount the podium of the Red Chambers where he is expected to offer quality representation to the people of owerri zone and the country in general", the statement added.
The group said the high expectations of Ndi- Owerri Zone could only come to materialization if a Technocrat could be voted to handle the mantle of the Senate position during the 2023 general elections.
