Christmas: Imo Deputy Speaker Distributes Uzodinma Rice, Cash to Constituency

Rt Hon Amarachi Chyna Iwuanyanwu, who doubles as Deputy Speaker, Imo State House of Assembly and Member Representing Nwangele State Constituency, Supervised the disbursment of Gov Hope Uzodimma Christmas Palliative Rice and cash donations to his constituents in the spirit of Christmas celebration.
Iwuanyanwu while distributing the gifts on Eve of Boxing day at his Basillica of Grace Country Home Dim Na Nume Isu, said the gesture by Gov Uzodimma was borne out of his desire to enable the beneficiaries and their family members to celebrate Christmas with ease and Joy.
He said the gesture was part of service to God and humanity made possible by the people's Governor, Sen Hope Uzodimma.
He reassured the people of Nwangele of more dividends of Democracy and Government determination to improve their standard of living while formulating good policies and programmes that will alleviate the sufferings of his Constituents and implored them to give Maximum Cooperation to 3R Government of Governor Hope Uzodimma to deliver on promises made upon Assumption of Office.
In his words “In the Spirit of Yuletide Season, borne the desire to Distribute Dist. Sen. Hope Uzodimma 500 bags of Rice to enable you celebrate Christmas with Joy. I believe this will go a long way at improving the standard of living during and after the Christmas celebration; And equally I am adding some cash donations to support his Excellencies effort". he said.
Iwuanyanwu also assured his Constituency of quality and sound Representation at Imo State Assembly in the interest of Peace and Development.
He impetrate for maximum cooperation of the people to enable him and government of the day to succeed in the task ahead and urged his people and the state in general to continue to live in peace, respect constituted authorities and be law abiding for development to thrive.
Present at the occasion were traditional Rulers, village heads, town union President, political leaders and party faithfulls.
