Ward chairmen of All Progressives Congress in Ngor- Okpala Local Government Area of Imo State has passed a vote of no confidence on the LGA's Party chairman, Hon. Jude Ukaegbu over gross misconduct and allegedly sold their ward delegate list for N5,000,00000.
