Amajirionwu will not abscond from his duties when Elected - Agogbuo
As the heat for the Ngor- Okpala Local Government Area legislative bye election taking place on Saturday, 26/02/2022 reaches its acme, the people of the area has been urged not to repeat the mistakes they made in the last election by not electing someone with questionable character.
This call was made by Hon. Chinonye Agogbuo, Mbaitoli All Progressives Congress APC, Chairman while addressing a mammoth crowd at Amala Obike Village, booth 015, Ward 2 that turned out to receive the APC campaign team on voter's awareness tour in all the polling units in the LGA. He noted that with Okenze Bilyden Amajirionwu as the member representing the constituency, he will not run away or abscond from his responsibility of providing the much needed laws to better not just their lives but that of Imolites in general.
Hon Agogbuo uttered that Ngor- Okpala will stand to gain more from the 3R shared prosperity government of Senator Hope Uzodimma by voting the ruling party in the Bye election. He extolled the Governor for his impeccable leadership of the state, as can be seen in many people oriented projects scattered all over the state.
He said, "I advise you today not to vote for those parties that will neglect their responsibilities and abandon their constituencies after been elected.
"I am sure that you,the good people of Ngor-Okpala have seen what the party under the leadership of His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Imo state and our leader, Senator Hope Uzodinma has achieved within a short period of time as a Governor. We must make sure that our candidate, Hon Blyden Amajirionwu is elected on Saturday", He concluded.
Few of the booth leaders spoke highly of Hon Blyden Amajirionwu and promised to ensure that come Saturday, victory shall be that of the APC. They also thanked the Governor for sighting projects in the LGA, and also for trusting Ngor-Okpala Indigenes to handle strategic positions in his administration.
Highlights of the event was the sharing of bags of rice and money for transportation to all present.
