Agogbuo hosts Okezuo Imo, says Support Groups cardinal pillars of every Political parties
Support Groups have been been described as the life wire and cardinal pillars in which every political parties leverage to reach out and coordinate members and non members in order to build a formidable structure.
The above expression was made by the indefatigable Mbaitoli Local Government Area All Progressives Congress APC Chairman,Hon Chinonye Agogbuo when he played host to some stakeholders of Okezuo Imo, a Socio Political group that aligns its interest with the APC led by the National Coordinator,Ezinwa Lemmy Ukwuegwu in his office.
Agogbuo thanked his guest for always galvanizing support for the party and enjoined them not to relent in their support, he assured that that he will create a mechanism that will ensure that all affiliated groups are in the mainstream of party activities especially as campaign begins for the forthcoming general elections.
He described Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma as a man with the fear of God and good conscience who is changing the narrative as regards good governance in the state. He noted that with the announcement of the imminent commencement of the dredging of Orashi River and establishment of the Orashi Free Zone and the subsequent generation of 10MW of electricity from the River,the state is in for a massive economic boost. He said this cannot be possible if Imolites does not have a capacity Governor.
Speaking earlier, the National Coordinator of Okezuo Imo, Ezinwa Lemmy Ukwuegwu said they were at Agogbuo's Office to facilitate with him on his numerous achievements since he became the Chairman of Mbaitoli APC, he used the opportunity to intimate his host on the many activities his association has undergone pre 2019 elections till now and pledged their unalloyed loyalty to the administration of Senator Hope Uzodimma.
