Agogbuo hosts Ogwa Ward '1' APC, vows to utilize strength of party faithfuls
Hon Chinonye Agogbuo, the dynamic Chairman of All Progressives Congress APC in Mbaitoli Local Government Area, In continuation of his fence mending efforts after the party's primaries hosted selected leaders, executives and members of Ogwa Ward '1' APC led by the Vice Chairman, Hon Kelechi Ejiatonye who were on a solidarity visit to the Chairman.
While welcoming the Ogwa Ward '1' APC formidable structure to the interactive meeting, Agogbuo reiterated that the strength of Party members will be judiciously utilized, especially as the party gears up for the forthcoming general elections.
He said that the game of politics is never a one man show,rather a game of 'let us go'.
He appealed to them to continue to support the administration of Senator Hope Uzodimma,the Executive Governor of Imo State,who he described as a light to the state. Agogbuo further said that the Governor has brought succour to the people of the state and especially Mbaitoli by his landmark projects and achievements,he said that the Governor is a man of conscience that means well for the people of the state.
Agogbuo further commended the Governor for fixing the Njaba Bridge, which he said has helped to boost economic activities within that axis due to the free flow vehicles conveying goods and services from Orlu to Owerri and other parts of the state.
Speaking, Ogwa ward '1' APC Vice Chairman, Secretary, Youth leader, Assistant Youth leader, Assistant Organizing secretary, Assistant Publicity Secretary, Ex- Officio 1 and Ex - Officio 2, Hon. Kelechi Ejiatonye,Chief George Iruka, Hon Ehirim Udobata, Comrade Nwosu Emmanuel,Hon Blessed Uzoechi, Hon Mark Uchendu, Hon Uwakwe Comfort and Hon Egwuekwe Paul respectively pledged their unalloyed support and loyalty to the Agogbuo led Mbaitoli APC and passed a vote of confidence on him.
They said that since his coming on board as the Mbaitoli APC LGA chairman,the party has rejuvenated and now have a breath of fresh air, they advised him never to let his guard down in the building of a formidable party structure in the LGA
Present at the meeting were the LGA Assistant Youth leader, Comrade Uwandu Chibuzo and other distinguished leaders of the ward
