Poly Rector wins Award of Excellence from ACSPN
The digital Rector, Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Engr. Dr M.C. Arimanwa FNSE, has added another garland to himself as the Association of Communication Scholars and Professionals of Nigeria (ACSPN) last Saturday at the NUJ Centre, Owerri, gave him an award of excellence.
The award was in recognition of his pragmatic leadership manifest in the unprecedented infrastructural and technological breakthrough in the institution.
The coveted award was received on his behalf by the Deputy Rector (Academic), Dr Chris Onyemenonu. Amongst dignitaries awarded alongside the digital Rector was the First Lady of Ondo State, Dr Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu.
It will be recalled that the trail-blazing and ubiquitous achievements of the digital Rector have made him a household name in the society, a fact echoed at the occasion by the Chairman, Nigeria Union of Journalists in Imo State, Mr. Chris Akaraonye
