Six villages in Obile autonomous community has for the time in history benefitted from the water supply scheme of ISOPADEC. The villages are:-

1. Umuosu.

2. Umuogidi.

3. Umuikwo.

4. Umuogba.

5. Umuodukosu

6. Umumara.

Under the Governor Hope Uzodimma led administration in Imo State, the oil producing communities are witnessing consistent interventions on development projects which the communities themselves demanded for.

Speaking on allocation of projects to communities, the Managing Director and CEO of Imo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, Chief Charles Orie disclosed that the Commission does not impose projects on communities, rather, " We are mindful of the mandate given to us by His Excellency Governor Hope Uzodimma - All our projects are people and community driven - they are those projects the communities demanded, selected and chosen by themselves and peculiar to the communities in question" said Chief Orie
