OCDA GM COVERS ESTATE WITOUT TITLE DOCUMENTS.
The Special Adviser to the Governor and General Manager of Owerri Capital Development Authority (OCDA) Engr. Francis Chukwu on Wednesday led the Operational Team of the Agency to uncover ongoing buildings without title documents, sited at an Estate in Orji Owerri North Local Government Area of the State.
Addressing some of the developers met at the various building sites during the Operational Activity, Engr. Chukwu stated that Owerri Capital Development Authority (OCDA) as the State Government Physical Planning and Development Control Agency has the mandate to verify the level of compliance of Developers and building owners to Government directives as far as building construction activities are concerned.
He explained that the Shared Prosperity Government of His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma is not leaving any stone untouched in ensuring that due process is followed in the activities of Government, adding that it was what OCDA has continued to pursue.
The OCDA Helmsman Engr. Francis Chukwu used the medium to invite the Developers and building owners to the Agency in order to come and make the necessary clarifications that will eventually bring about the needed procedural steps and seamlessness in the building construction process.
