As our purposeful Leader and amiable Governor HIS EXCELLENCY DISTINGUISED SENATOR HOPE UZODIMMA was confered a dignified Chieftaincy Title by the entire Traditional Rulers and Ndi Ezeji Mbaise Title Holders during the 2022 Iriji Mbaise National Cultural Festival, I ENGR. FRANCIS CHUKWU the Special Adviser to the Governor and General Manager of Owerri Capital Development Authority (OCDA) on behalf of the Management and Staff of the Agency, most delightfully felicitate with Your Excellency on this iconic Chieftaincy title.
Your Excellency Sir, this Chieftaincy Title is indeed another feather added to Your already decorated Cap and it's very gladdening to us and other well meaning Imolites who have open mindedly watched your style of Governance since You came on board as the Executive Governor of Imo State in 2020.
Your Excellency Sir, this Chieftaincy Title is very symbolic coming from the entire Traditional Rulers and Ndi Ezeji Mbaise as it clearly showcases acceptability and the recognition of Your Excellency's uncommon developmental strides in the State both in terms of Human Capital Development, Welfare of Workers, infrastructural development, recovery of illegally acquired properties by past Administrations and return of same to the rightful owners, resuscitation of moribund industries among so many other feats too numerous to mention.
Apparently, this Chieftaincy Title is also very Special and unique especially coming at a time Your Excellency just finished flagging off the Owerri-Mbaise-Obowo-Umuahia road. Indeed, there can't be a more appropriate time to confer such a Chieftaincy Title by Mbaise Nation on the number one Citizen of Imo State His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma in appreciation for the award and flag off of such a signature road Project which is a Federal road but His Excellency understands the pressing need to execute the project for Imo People especially those of Mbaise extraction hence the award and flag off.
Finally, as I return all Glory to God Almighty for everything He has done, my earnest prayer is that the good Lord will continue to bless Your Excellency with sound health, more wisdom and amazing Grace in order to continue to excel and flourish now and always.
