The Traditional Ruler of Ezi-Mberi Autonomous Community in Mbaitolu Local Government Area of Imo state, HRH Henry Madumere has regained his freedom after staying 6 days in the hands of his abductors.
The monarch who is the father to a former Deputy Governor of Imo state, Prince Eze Madumere reunited with his family, the community Indigenes, friends and well wishers who gathered at his palace with great joy to receive him.
Imoflash can not ascertain if any ransom was paid to his abductors who we learnt got in touch with the family the very day the monarch was kindnapped.
Eze Henry according to our source has also undergone medical check up before reporting back to his palace
The Monarch in his 90s now hardly leaves his palace for functions, he was abducted some days back on his way to a burial in the state.
