Imo State First Lady and founder, GoodHope Flourish Foundation, Barr. (Mrs.) Chioma Uzodimma, over the weekend visited the Imo State Specialist Hospital where she went to identify with the New Year Babies.
She also distributed various gift items like post-natal care products, baby supplies, and cash presents to the parents of the Lucky babies.
The visit was part of activities to celebrate the new year.
Speaking during the visit, Barr Chioma urged mothers to always "take good care of their babies by breastfeeding them to ensure proper nutrition, healthy growth, and development".
Two babies; David Udechukwu and Testimony Eno, were delivered on the day that marks the beginning of the new year.
"It is my prayer and hope that the new year babies, David Udechukwu and Testimony Eno, as well other 2022 babies, will grow up in the way, wisdom, and protection of the Lord. Congratulations once again to the families!" She said
