Housing Commissioner assures REDAN of Maximum Support
In acceptance of the request made by the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria, to the state Ministries of Housing and Lands for a joint courtesy call, the Honorable Commissioner for Housing, Lady Dr love Ineh has assured REDAN of her complete support.
While addressing the joint session of delegates and Management staff of the two Ministries present, she commended REDAN for their priceless and invaluable initiatives and ideas which have been directly beneficial to the Housing Sector in general. She however stated that moving forward, REDAN would have to be less checkered and more coherent with its variegated novel propositions to enable an explicit and mutually productive working relationship between the association and the state Government. She also reiterated her office was open at all times for investment and partnerships.
In his brief remarks, the Hon. Commissioner for Land, Survey and Physical Planning, Barr. Keziechi ogaziechi, continued on Lady love's note. Urging the delegates to return with a more lucipherous proposal to enable the state government the leisure of properly examining the potentials of a partnership in the near future. He also challenged them to Sire housing initiatives that would be beneficial to Civil Servants and low income earners in particular.
In his remarks, the State Chairman, Dr J.P.K Anyanwu extensively outlined several housing propositions which the association will intend to embark on with the state government in view of providing mass housing for Imolites. He further pledged the willingness and support of the association to partner with the state Government on the mass housing revolution mandate set up by his the Governor of Imo State Excellency, Dist. Senator Hope Uzodinma.
