The Special Adviser to the General Manager of Owerri Capital Development Agency OCDA, Engr. Francis Chukwu, on New & Electronic Media, Comrade Eberechukwu Okechukwu has felicitated with the OCDA GM on the occasion of his birthday.
Comrade Okechukwu in a statement he personally signed described Engr. Chukwu as "An ebullient, energetic, effective and result oriented young man". He also prayed for God's continuous bountiful blessings now and always for his 'Humility Personified Boss and Brother' to excel.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO A HUMILITY PERSONIFIED BOSS AND BROTHER; ENGR. FRANCIS CHUKWU THE SA/GM, OCDA.
The 8th day of January every year is always a unique and remarkable day as it is marks the Natal Anniversary of an ebullient, energetic, effective and result oriented youngman just to mention a few of the qualities. This is no other person than Hon. Engr. Francis Chukwu the Special Adviser to the Governor and General Manager of Owerri Capital Development Authority.
Apparently, Engr. Francis Chukwu means different concepts to different people thus; for some he is calm, for some, he is hardworking, yet for others, the youthful Engineer is serious minded. Indeed, all these attributes are correct but what is very much pronounced is his humility and exceptional dedication to duty in any assignment given to him at any point in time.
It is essential to mention that at a time in Nigeria when many people especially a good number of the youths have little or no hope in the possibility of the Government at every level to make life meaningful for them, Engr. Francis Chukwu happens to be among the very few that not only agree but also consistently practice the popular excerpt of a former American President J.F Kennedy "Ask not for what your country will do for you but ask for what you will do for your country. " In this regard, Engr. Chukwu has shown patriotism and uncompromising committement in every Work he is called upon to do and this has endeared him to a lot of people.
Another awesome attribute of Engr. Francis Chukwu is the high premium he places on gratitude. It is worthy of mention that nowadays some people through their actions and inactions pay little or no attention to gratitude but such cannot be likened to the celebrant as he is always grateful for what one does for him which truly makes him exceptional. His understanding disposition remains remarkable. The soft spokenness of Engr. Chukwu is adorable.
Needless to say that his recent feats both as a former S.A. to the Governor on Project Monitoring Okigwe Zone and presently as SA/GM of OCDA were both arranged by providence. The celebrant is a devout Christian who puts God first in everything he does. His optimistic disposition is remarkably anchored on God Almighty and that has always materialized positively in many situations.
