The Special Adviser / General Manager of Owerri Capital Development Authority, Engr. Francis Chukwu has felicitated with the people of Imo state on the occasion of this year's Christmas and New Year Celebrations.
In a press statement signed by the OCDA GM, he preached for enduring peace in the state and enjoin all Imolites to give the administration of Senator Hope Uzodimma all the necessary support to succeed.

2021 CHRISTMAS: MASSIVE FELICITATIONS TO IMOLITES AND CHRISTIANS
With a delightful heart I, Engr. Francis Chukwu, my family, the Management and Staff of Owerri Capital Development Authority joyfully felicitate with Ndi Imo and Christians all over the world on the glorious occasion of the birth of our good Lord Jesus Christ.
Indeed, the Nativity of our dearest Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ brought salvation, joy, peace, and all other wonderful virtues to mankind. Therefore, it's a season of sober reflection on our whole essence as Christians because Christmas among other things, gives us the opportunity to also think deeply on how our own birth has affected the lives of others positively or negatively.
May this Yuletide bring everyone and each of us as well as our society enduring peace so that we can achieve greater progress. It is also expedient for us to visualize those things that we can do in order to contribute to the advancement of our dear State.
I wish to use this medium to enjoin Imolites to be not only optimistic but also open minded always and accord our amiable Governor His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma the much needed support in his untiring efforts to take our dear State Imo to higher heights.
There's no gainsaying that with the reforms brought about so far in various sectors of the State, it is now becoming much clearer the direction the Governor is driving the state to which is the path of sustainable development and it can always get much better with our collective cooperation and prayers.
As we celebrate, I wish to remind all of us that our good Lord Jesus Christ is the reason for the season so let us imbibe the virtues of our dearest Lord Jesus Christ in our actions and in actions so that at every point we will be able to always do that which will be pleasing in the sight of God and Humanity always for the betterment of Imo State, South, Nigeria, Africa and the world at Large.
