Armed Forces Remembrance Day: South East Youths For Equity Alliance salutes Patriotic Gallant Soliders
A political group, South East Youths for Equity Alliance SEYEA, has saluted the men and officers of Nigeria Armed Forces as the Country celebrates the 2022 Armed Forces Remembrance Day.
In a Statement by the national president of SEYEA, Comrade Ekeh Ifeanyi Chimezie, The group prayed for the peaceful eternal repose of the fallen heroes.
Comrade Ekeh said "I wish to heartily share the deep sense of respect, recognition and commendation of South East Youths to the Nigeria Armed forces, on the occasion of the 2022 Armed Forces remembrance day.
"Today we join you to remember the gallantry of your men-our fellow patriotic citizens, who stood in their patriotism to defend this nation, who sacrificed their lives for us to have a Nation we call our own, who suffered amputations and grave injuries in the course of serving the Nation. To them, we recognize as heroes of our Nation. Eternal repose we ask for the souls of the fallen heroes and may God bless their Families, Amen. We adore them".
While charging them to be patriotic on duty, SEYEA National President further said "To you the men of the Nigeria Armed Forces currently serving the Nation, we charge you to serve the Nation with dignity, patriotism, love for the Nation and upholding Justice, Equity and fairness through which we shall build and actualize a Nation of our dreams".
